Refuses to Concede 2020 Loss
Former president continues election denial
Former President Donald Trump addressed questions from New Hampshire Republicans and undeclared voters on Wednesday, again refusing to acknowledge his loss in the 2020 election. Trump, who remains the frontrunner for the GOP presidential nomination in 2024, used a raucous town hall meeting to repeat his baseless claims of election fraud and to attack his political rivals.
Trump's appearance on CNN's town hall was the first time he had been interviewed by the network since his presidency ended. The second-term vision he sketched out during the event included plans to increase drilling for oil and gas, build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border, and withdraw from the World Health Organization.
